Transaction: In June 2008, BlackEagle acquired Eurodesign Cabinets in an out-of-court restructuring. In February 2010, Royal Cabinets, a Pomona, CA based kitchen cabinet manufacturer, acquired certain assets of Eurodesign Cabinets.
