Transaction: In October 2009, BlackEagle sponsored the creation of US LBM Holdings, LLC that initially was an acquisition of three markets out of Stock Building Supply, the second largest lumber and building material distributor in the United States.  In January 2010, US LBM acquired Universal Supply Company entering the New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware markets as well as significantly expanding into the roofing and siding business.
